    I think the level of English has improved.

    Food is more pricey, but quality seems to have decreased. Lot's more options out there when it comes to choice.

    From a teaching perspective, I find gen alpha to be just as respectful as previous generations, but quite a bit better at critical thinking. Parents are more involved, but in the best possible way. Perhaps I am just an optimist?

    More coffee shops, but less side of the road coffee vendors.

    The build quality on these newer condos, including mine, is shit. Give me a moobahn or older "mansion" style block any day.

    I recall Tex and Dalton had a loud name calling debate over some obscure WW2 event but didn't last long. Tex claimed victory after Dalton fell down and couldn't get up again...
