    Another Snake ID request thread

I know you guys see this type of thread a lot
So I see this snake in my yard at khon Kaen. It does not bother me and I don't bother it. Not a very aggressive snake always close to the fence hiding, I had to poke it with a stick to see if it was alive (a very long stick)
I am a live and let live kind of guy and realise that some snakes are beneficial, but I have four dogs and if it comes out of hiding I am sure they will go after it. so I need to know if it is dangerous. From the shape of the head it does not look dangerous to me.
Not the best pictures (always hiding) but all I got so far. If i get a better picture before it is identified I will post it.

That there is the highly dangerous camo-snake. Venomous AF...

Dunno, I am clueless about snakes. Had a cobra in our backyard little while back though. Scared the bejesus out of me.

i have had a lot of snakes in our garden 2009-2018 but only the green tree snakes lately.
that one posted,at first i thought it could be a checkered keelback,[non venomous] but studying it more closely it could be a malaysian pit viper.[VENOMOUS]
if they are fast more than likely they will bite and run,if they stand their ground YOU RUN.

I'm just wondering but you'd have to ask is it Protestant or Catholic.
Either way I'd say my prayers had it struck me.

Looks like a harmless "Banded Kukri Snake", similar to one I stumbled across recently: https://teakdoor.com/thailands-zoos-and-animals/154405-what-snake-6.html (What snake?)

I think it is harmless also, today I was painting my fence , it was four feet away from me, and was not bothered by me at all, just to be on the safe side I sheparted it with a stick out the front gate, it did not his at me at all.

Thank you all for your help and friendly banter
