Thai contracts are easy. Clause 1: If a Thai enters into a contract with a foreigner anything he says or does will be considered prima facea evidence that he has fulfilled his contractual obligations. Anything said or done by a foreigner will be considered heresay unless he can provided written evidence by himself in palee in triplicate with accompanying statements from 30 witnesses whom all must be related to the aforesaid Thai person named on the contract.
