Nice trip report Terry! I was just in Bali in April and Kuta was a flippin zoo, but the farther away we got from that traffic infested overpriced tourist trap the nicer it was.

The roads are a lot more congested than when I was last there over 10 years ago, but at least everyone seems to drive / ride a lot slower than here in Thailand.
