Yep, far too much spam of late!

Funny thing is, I would trust a lot of people with the spam delete button from all sides of the board, you, boon mee, loy, norton, sabang, Ao and mid, larv, chi, gerbil, drbob to name a few. DD might like to consider widening his pool a bit -give them the power -right up until they fuck it up, because the spam is getting quite heavy.....

Problem is you're either a mod or you aint, no way of being a spam deleter only.

Having said that, I agree with you, he obviously needs to double the number he currently has. Let them fuck up once, then trash them. Any damage done can be undone easily enough...

You could set it so a mod would only be able to move a post to a trash bin for an upper mod to view and make a decision to totally delete it. There can be different levels of Mods. I am a member of one site that has a category of mods that is mentors. They have very little power. Then mods, super mods and global mods.
