You cant harry, you need 10 rep points to be able to rep others, when you rep someone it just comes up as a bluey colored dot to them and I believe doesn't count as anything, hell it's all there in the png, just read it yourself cos I cant be bothered to

i came on this thread to try to understand what all of these symbols mean. i don't understand any of it. sorry i'm stupid. is there a step by step guide to al of this.....something REALLY basic?
