well according to this criteria, i should be able to dish out 12 greenies.

How come my last effort to spread my loving only manged to up the receiver by 3.

Am i being denied my right to influence big because i am Welsh??

Yea if the base is one yours should be 12. Whats the max no of green you can have?
The whole system will probably need changing as, as time goes on everyone will have more and more points to spread, giving everyone more and more point's ect...an exponential curve. Which is why the results one my "reppo index" thread are scewed to newer members. At the moment if you just pick up one green each from the "big" boys you more or less gain one more green blob.

Personaly I'd get rid of the X no of posts influance, and up the "reputation point factor" It's just too easy at the moment, DD are woth something like 14 points, you can piss off loads of people and just one from DD, CMN, MtD ect will more than make up for it. Also with the end to the anonomus repo points people are less inclined to give red's

I dont think you tabulated your ability to give points correctly. You cant be on 12. The only 2 I know even near there are the Dog, and CMN.

There is an X factor that is set by DD I do believe. Same X factor for all.

WTF? I'm not in tech I'm only in finance at the mo.
What is 10 points for this, 100 for that? And why are some green blobs dark green and some are light? I got a red on my first post, now i got two greens (not a nice hue either). What does that mean? Can I complement folks? Do I need a manual? Can't I just hire a green blob keeper and anti-red AK47-toting security? Do I need purple haze fighters, too?

There are green, red, and 'pale' reputation points. The pale ones are from people without enough posts or points, they don't alter your reputation, though you still have a nice comment to read.
