Thread: Too much sun

I forgot to cover my neck whilst riding today and caugth the sun really badly.
I am feel pretty confused and sick.

I have put a cold towel on my neck and some aloe vera.

I am also drinking lots of water.

Anuthing else I can do or just ride it out (yet again)

painkillers, cold shower,

but basically yer just gotta ride it out and remember not to do it next time....

Aloe Vera and lots of orange juice.

Beer - drunk quickly.

You will pass out and when you wake your hangover will be worse then the sun burn.

Stay indoors for a few days

well at least he is smiling (or is that because you took my advice and have already started on the beers?)

Maybe we should change his nick to 'The Sundance Kid'

Personally speaking I never have a problem with sunburn but others seem to burn after just a few minutes.
