Even if I do not have a high cholesterol level I have a last will ready. I think it is always a good idea to make the will before the final hours and not afterwards. So I did. Otherwise nobody will ever dig me in here in Thailand I am afraid... But in your case I was just kidding - because you sound so hopeless.

High cholesterol is no death sentence. Many people have it. So why are you so scared? If you have for instance severe heart problems already then I could understand. But just high cholesterol levels? Is not your weight with 158 kg a bigger problem? I am no doctor but this does not sound so good to me. So a diet might help that you fit into a smaller hole when the final end will arrive hopefully in a very remote day.
