And the lack of eye candy! It was worth a thought anyway.

As counterintuitive as it might sound you need to eat more. More often at least.

The importance of breakfast can't be overstated, then lunch, then dinner (low or no carbs or if you're going to eat carbs no later than 7pm) and snacks in between (fruits, that kind of thing).

Skipping breakfast puts you on the back-foot to start with because you need to get your metabolisim in gear.

I know, but if I eat brekkie, I get hungry too quickly and I'm too busy to eat. If TD self destructed I'd have more than enough time though.

Well I done my gym today, just a quick 45 min session of mainly running and a bit of weights, get the body back into gear.

Not much eye candy today, but tomorrow's session will bring a bit more because it's the weekday. There is one girl I been chatting to in there that I know is gagging for it, but the situation is tricky and the 'madness may still well clear of this one.

Anyways, nice to be running again today coz got a bit bored with the bike. Only annoyance is I can't read my book when running.

Will be back in tomoz for another run, bit of bike and a run through the weights.

And I'm not doing all this 'weighing yourself shit' coz it just seems so counter productive. Especially if you are doing weights and gaining muscle.

Ok, the bad is just had 2 large heinys which I think ruins the work I did at the gym. As I think DJ Pat said, cutting off the booze needs to be done if you gonna be serious about the gym. Or at least cutting down.

Madness is on to it and this is all that needs to be done.

Don't give up drinking, have some dry days, just cut back a tad and give moderation a try.

For the older guys, don't try and run as its to hard on the body but start a walking program ( pick a nice park ) or get on the bicycle.

As Pee Wee has stated, don't skip breakfast, eat frequent light meals, plenty of fruit and water.

Give it a crack you fat bastards.

Baring in mind your unique metabolism and dietary habits looks like you'll have to go on a strict TD 10 posts per day diet then.

Try and eat a decent breakfast as well. Also consume your fat content for the day in the morning so your body metabolises it through the day rather than storing it up in the evening.

Breakfast for me just now is

Oatmeal with honey and a banana.

    either

Half a bagel with marmite and a boiled egg on the side

or two boiled eggs and an apple.

keeps me going from about 6am until 10:30 or so when I eat another banana or apple which tides me over until lunch time.

My eating habits got so bad at one point that when I finally decided to do something about it I literally had to force myself to eat breakfast in the mornings because I wasn't hungry and often after eating I'd even feel nauseous.

Passed pretty quickly though, wasn't long before I was waking up hungry - which is a good sign. Smoothies are a great, quick and easy breakfast deal if you're starting off from where I was too.

That's good. I'll call you next week if you send me your phone number again.

I had yoghurt & muesli for brekkie today. I won't tomorrow though, as I've finished all my muesli.

Right! I found some scales and they make me 104Kg. I am about 5' 8" and that gives me a fat index of er..........far too much. Last time I came to LOS, I managed to loose about 10Kg without trying. This time I will chuck some exercise in and see what happens.

I'm now having a home made chicken, bacon, mushroom, pea and chilli stew with half a pint of my own home brew in the gravy with some healthy brown bread.

    Fookin' lovely it is too.
