I do have a mate, actually an old flat mate from university who i bumped into at samitvej srinakarin while my so was getting his MCL looked at.

This lad had a major back surgery the doctors butchered, and he was struggling to get insurance becaue of iit. but i think the severity of the situation may ahve been a major factor. i will ahve to check in with him and see if he found somewhere
