Did a swim today, also did a barre physique class which was a bit brutal. Picture ballet with weights.
Been quite a busy month packing, traveling, unpacking, doing landlordy shiz, property shiz, traveling again. Fok dat shiz.
Quite disappointing to see only 21 seshes for the first 27 days of the month.
Happy to see that it was sesh 99 of the year though, in day... 31 + 29 + 27..... carry the one, add the 2.... in less than 99 days.
With cycling season over for a bit it's mainly been 1 hour seshes of 5 minutes cardio then 5 minutes upperbody, 6 sets.
Tiz feelin' good given it's only 1 hour a day. Well worth it for those with busy-ish lifestyles. :-)

Weighing in at 77.x kg every morning without fail.
Once cycling season starts again, will do cycling 40-50km two mornings a week and then stair climber and gym the other 3 I rex.
5 mins doing the stair climber, then upperbody gym sesh, x 6 sets every day.
15 seshes for the first 18 days of April including songkran partae days, averaging an hour each. Easy peasy.

Meant to go this morning but decided on a lazy coffee in bed, laughing at Arsenal and going into work a bit earlier.
Caned two sausage butties after work last night with extra cheese on them.
After being taken out for a 3 course lunch.
Definitely gonna/gotta go tomorrow.
