My dogs would go for that, if you took out the bones and broke up the old greasy meat into small pieces and mixed it in with something fresh.
It was nicer than it looked.
Two pastries for breakfast. One cheese and one custard topped with coconut.
A lunch of potatoes, cabbage roll in cream sauce, cream of pumpkin soup and a beer.
Now on my 3rd elsewhere and gonna have a few more before picking up a kebab.
Looks like I'll be back up to 200kg before the winter is done.
I haven't failed though. I lost weight on Tuesday after a massive dump.
I just keep gaining it cos of overeating and bingeing.
I am not a failure!

Yes, I realize that, but ss i said at the beginning i am cutting down on carbs. if i feel like pasta i eat this instead, i works for me.
These are from Japan also called Shirataki noodles. They are made from the jam of the Japanese yam and are a game changer for many.
Made with oat fibre, so full of fibre for the gut.
I get my fat from avocado and other good fat, also a bit of olive oil.
Um, well you aren't really, is this the eddie show. Anyway say all you want, I will lose a lot of weight on tues, first week I lose a lot on this as i cut my carbs and kidneys get rid of sodium/water. I'll see around a 4 pound or more loss, then a 1 to 2 lb lose per week after.
Anyhow, I am going to take a break I guess and focus on the weight loss, I don't like some of the mean comments, listening also means both way, Eddie etc. I also don't like the meanness by some of you.

As you say you've been doing it all wrong for 10 years, and here you are having put on 15 lbs in the last few months, and need to shift it.
Just have a bowl of pasta. A moderate bowl of pasta. And exercise to burn it (and previous meals) off.
I dink a bit don't lettuce prevent you from documenting your journey. I am 90 kg 1.86 or a tad over normal bmi for Bouncy Asshole or Pie Olympic bmi =26

You said I was doing it all wrong, I said I gained 60 pounds over ten years which isn't that much. I told you I often eat wrong or too much junk food hence why I gained over the last three months, but I know how to lose weight it is just to stick with it and stay motivated (and not binge on junk). So, if I was able to lose 60 pounds, I must know how.. so don't put words in my mouth.
If I want to eat this pasta that is my decision,,, don't act all high and mighty which I often see from you. I know how to lose weight it is just to be consistent and keep exercising. I don't eat pasta on this low carb diet , and just exercising it off isn't always possible as it would take alot to exercise that pasta off, plus who cycles 40 km's a day like you. You really don't realize people have different lives than you, maybe less time, and lose weight different ways.
Eating the shirataki noodles is great for me cause I feel more full, feel like I am eating pasta and it is high in fibre, low in carbs and calories. You may learn a thing or two.
Lunch today or shirataki noodles, spinach and mushrooms, with vegetable stock.
I eat 2 cups of veggies both for lunch and dinner, plus protein at each meal.
