Retire early.
Have zero stress in yer life.
Enjoy exercising twice a day.
Split life between beaches and mountains.
Lots of good food, rogering and laughs.
Simple-dimples.

That is great and all. It is the beer that trips me up.
I just never look in the mirror any more.
I'm sure that being in denial about aging and putting on a few pounds must help, mentally.
I did think of mentioning that gym equipment must be shyte.

-Enjoy time spent in nature
-Exercise
-Dye your hair so you don't see the greys.. or get a toupee if you are a male.
-Sex or masturbate often
-Forgot to mention eat healthy at least 80% of the time
-Don't drink or limit alcohol
I have found that all ways that slow down the effects of aging also ruin my enjoyment of life...
...so carry on enjoying yourself and stop looking in the mirror.
^Ya, you can't really slow aging down per se, but you can get less wrinkles if you use sunblock and don't be in the sun a lot. Smoke less, (not at all if possible), drink lots of water, and eat pretty healthy. I am trying to lose weight, which I find makes me look younger when I am more fit and less fat.
Age is a state of mind as well. I know many younger people that act really old, and vice versa. Stress is a killer for sure, but trying to get stress down and finding a balance is important.
I am what I am and as I may not be here tomorrow I try to enjoy life everyday.
Achieving something worthwhile regularly also helps you to remain positive and at least young at heart and soul.
Have some young people in your mix of friends.
So far great ideas, relax, be happy, good food, exercise, sexercise, sunblock, water, balance, avoid mirrors, deny.
What about double chins and eye bags? What is best for them?
