^ Yeah. Pretty rude of her. Sorry to hear that, Humbert.
After I posted to Humbert proposing a meet up, I went out the door and laughed at the thought of how that must have sounded considering he just stated he and his wife split. Didn’t mean it as a hook-up kind of meeting, Humbert.
^I didn't take it that way. Anyway, sure, lots of nice lunch places in the Ponce Market right across the street from my apartment if you get to Atlanta.
I’ve tickets to the Botanical Gardens. A friend of mine and I were thinking of going next month.
I went to the Georgia Aquarium last month and the trauma is still with me. Shoulder to shoulder crowds at the aquarium, then a downpour while driving through downtown at rush hour.
Perhaps the "poor sod" was not lucky enough like me to get a good lady doctor as I got. It was not really "a little bit", because of my ignorance not be bothered by seeing a blood pimple over few months it had grown quite deep in.
So, after the first surgery it was found it needs to be repeated more deeply. Therefore, second time better and a piece of my sound earlobe was sacrificed for improving the bad one. After one hour fully covered while listening girly stories of the doctor and nurses working hard on me, coming out of the surgery theater as a double VanGogh.
And surprisingly, after the healing, no visible traces on both of my ears could be detected. Even shortly afterwards, I got successfully married. (As my mother always used to say when seeing me injured somehow: never mind, with this you can get married anyway.)
I'm afraid your right.
Hey Klondyke I am glad you are doing well with your hip replacement surgery.
Funny story . Well sad actually, but it was mentioned by someone else on a PM that they were reading a very interesting tread about your surgery. I was surprised because I did not know you had the surgery , I was sure you would had mentioned something so serious, and started reading it, half way trough I found that not only I had read the thread but I had replied to it.
If there is a good thing about senility , it is that you can read the same story several times and enjoy it as new every time. LOL
The sooner you fall behind, the more time you have to catch up.
Not really my feeling, but I think that the women, especially the Thai women - when their bra is really infilled (by nom, one each) - they get some kind of fulfilment - whilst achieving their desires.
In the WordWeb I see:
Noun: fulfilment
Usage: Brit, Cdn, (US: fulfillment)
1. A feeling of satisfaction at having achieved your desires
Anyway, happy to achieve some kind of mutual understanding, even if my first language is not England speak, neither Brit, nor Cdn, and surely not US...
Hey Klondyke...
Hadn't been following your trials and tribulations. Take care of yourself. Glad to hear you're recovering so well.
Cheers.
^Thanks for the flowers. Actually, I have recovered, so far. After 6 months I hardly take a notice of having something "unnatural" in my hip...
When recalling my pain at every steps before the replacement, soothed only by help of electric scooter.
Even if still using the scooter for my daily long walk with the dogs, one of the two (not the dogs) stopped working.
Short-circuited wires by a problem in the motor.
The kind Lazada promised to organize a new motor free of charge for D-I-Y replacement.
