Total time should be around 90 mn.

    What I'm doing now

Warm up : either 2 km jogging or 3 x 3mn rope jumping
I prefer the rope jumping because between each 3mn I do other exercises like sit-up, plank or push ups. So total time of warm up is around 20 mn.

Weight lifting. Average weights. Around 15 mn. Combo Bench press alternate with one arm dumbbell row.

Shadow boxing with small dumbbell. 2 x 3mn

Speed bag : around 10 mn

    Heavy Bag : 3 x 3 mn

With rest time and warm down it is about 90 mn.

I know it is not perfect that's why I'm asking for your suggestion

Can't see anything wrong with it but it really depends on your goals.

If that's just general fitness and conditioning then you could stick with that. One suggestion though, make a separate routine and switch between the two every few months or so - it not only keeps it more interesting but there's physical benefit from 'shocking' the body with the change.
