    Is this only food poisoning?

Here's what happened. Asking for any advice (yes, I've googled already).

I ate a whopper at Burger King with mayonnaise last night at 7 pm.

Then, I met friends for some beers and Gin & Tonics.

Nothing unusual; I felt normal and fine.

Went home and to bed about 11ish.

About 2-3 hour later I woke up in bed:

*Stomach was bloated so much that my skin was tight
    *Nauseaus
*I knew I was going to throw up and did. Mostly dry-heaving.
    *No runs (tong sia).
*Achy joints: feet, knees, hip and upper body. Aches

Luckily I had the day off from work all day.

I laid in bed most of the day. I ate pasta around Noon, and then waited to eat dinner around 6 pm.

I sill feel awful. I feel achy just sitting in a chair or laying in bed.

Is this only food poisoning? Not E. Coli? Anything else?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't think food poisoning. You'd likely be sick from both ends, at the same time, if you had.

    Edit:-
What Causes Abdominal Bloating and Nausea?

Abdominal bloating and nausea are symptoms that commonly occur together. One symptom often triggers the other. Fortunately, abdominal bloating and nausea usually resolve themselves with time.
Examples of conditions that cause abdominal bloating and nausea include:
    • acid reflux
    • constipation
    • gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD)
    • gastrointestinal blockage
    • gastroparesis
    • giardiasis (an infection from an intestinal parasite)
    • irritable bowel syndrome
    • lactose intolerance
    • overeating
    • pregnancy (especially in the first trimester)
    • taking certain medications (such as antibiotics)

    e. coli effects take a couple of days to present themselves, (one of the effects is severe diarrhoea, sometimes with bloody stools) and will usually clear up by themselves in a few days.

OK, then it's not E. Coli.

    Thanks, Nuko.

I had one cup of coffee and 1 can of beer and one gass of water and vodka tonight.

No sex or over exerting yourself either.
    I'm celibate. Cheers.

Sounds too me like you had too many Gin and tonics and are turning into a poofter.

No, I did not drink a lot last night. It's not a hangover or the result of drinking.

Yes, I had ice. I thought about that.

    Perhaps the ice was dodgy?

My girl is in Patters and we made an agreement that we will both be celibate until we marry. Until then, I'm sponsoring her with $400 USD per month via Western Union.

    Perhaps you're an idiot.
It's not about ice or how much you drank, simply the fact you are drinking G&T so therefore you are gay so obviously it's aids.

Just the virus that is going around. You'll get a sore throat then a cough. After a week it will go way!
Or it is Zika or any other mosquito borne virus.

If you toes go numb or beer starts to taste funny let me know!

Food poisoning usually takes a good 24 hours to kick in. It sounds like you already had bacteria in your body and the burger king and alcohol has just set it off. Also if you had food poisoning the shit would be pouring out you as well.
