Man you guys walk damn fast. I guess if I stopped shuffling along I could pull off those numbers. I like to enjoy my walk.

If I slept really well I do just about exactly that twice a day. 6am and 515 pm. If I did not its 50 minutes and just over 6k. Simply a matter of 1 more lap where I do my walking..
Yesterday was the first evening missed in a long long time. But a good excuse. My wife went in for surgery at Samitiwej on Tuesday morning and I just got her back home an hour ago. Been going in late afternoon to visit her and getting home late. The first night i did not take my car and had to walk out from the hospital to Sukhumit, so I did get the evening walk in. Was not fun at all as their are no footpaths and you have to be hyper diligent to avoid being hit by cars, bikes and tuk tuks.. Take mu ban out in Don anytime..
Talking of tunes, there are some bombs on this...

If that don't get you moving, nothing will
^ thats very good....if it wasnt on that pedalling machine? Where you got the energy from today anyway? I wouldnt have lasted long with those pins and suspenders either
7.56kms in 1 hour 18 mins on heavy legs today
I've walked 40kms in 4 days now, that's adding every step I do with the phone on me.
Gonna try and keep at it at weekends now too.
Just worked out how to record steps manually on the phone now instead of the daft auto which stops workouts when you stop to tie your laces.
Sat here in the pub now with a salad and diet coke
You'll never win a marathon at that pace, Luigi - pick it up, mate. You've got a marker with yesterday's effort now ramp it up!!!
I walked 38.2km in 5 days. I didn't walk Sun and Mon.
I usually walk Mon thru Saturday. Sunday is my day off. I have to remember to set the phone down when I am at the driving range. Every swing is calculated as a step or 2, . Couple bucket of balls can add up quick.
^ click the button below to start manually recording your workout.
A nice female voice tells you every time you hit a kilometre and tells you your walking speed and average speed. Pretty cool.
^ The retired Thai guy I walk with has that app. I hate it, sounds like a bitching wife.
^ doesnt he wear earphones?
It would be good if you could download voices like you can on Tom Tom, ie the John Cleese navigation voice on there.
Get a move on fatty
Yeah I have used that app before Dil. Mostly when I ride my bike as it tracks the route and where you went and top speed etc. I turn the voice down most the time as I have my BT Jabra's in listening to music
