    btw, one thing yer not gonna clock on these are distance. It equates to around 1kph. which is about 1 pedal a second.

    4 pedals compute as 1 meter, and 0.5Kcal.


    Tiz a bit different to cycling with the momentum of a bike. Handy for the ol' leg muscles though.
