Has been great for what I wanted it for, strengthening up me ol' leg muscles.
Previously when jogging me legs would be shot before me cardio.
Went out today and me cardio was knackered before me legs, which were bounding along Km after Km.
I'm sure the time won't impress anyone, but probably the fastest I've done 6.5Km.
5km jogging with 200m walking break, 1.5km stroll home with a 300 meter sprint at the end.
Gotta do that every morning now to get me cardio fitter.
