Yep I just think it boils down to personal preference and what best suits schedule really, there's no 'best' time per se (although too late's not good as it will fuck with your sleep).Originally Posted by Dillinger

^ Good points
I go out twice a day 6:15am till 7:10am. Then go out again from 5:15 to 6:15pm. I figure this covers all my bases. My office is on the 4th floor and I never use the lift so seeing floor climbing on my new tracker was nice. Only miss a session if its raining You do get addicted.
Mate that is into weights says the best time to pump iron is in the morning.
Something to do with something, or something or other.
Says that if you're working you also start the day of work in a great mood on an exercise high.
As opposed to starting work as a grouchy, moaning ball of flab sipping on a coffee trying to wake up.
... that's better than the Whey and Pre-WO Powder supposedly coming to me from Pattaya...
I'd check the Dilly Order Tracking if I were you. Notoriously fucking slow apparently.
Computer says No
Hardly surprising for Dill to be outed as a blusterin' bullshitter.
We can't all be as honest and upstanding as Luigi.
Mate I thought about all the repercussions and you getting locked up.
I also thought about dipping my nob in it and getting the mocy taxi driver to take it the post office, then I thought of the dna evidence
But hey its the thought that counts eh?
Yeah, I had planned on getting it tested for traces of camembert.
Another 5 mile/8km walk today but this time I decided to see what kind of speeds I could walk at if I put my mind to it. I was surprised. 5 miles/8km in under 63 minutes. The last 2 kms I did in 15m and 6 seconds (7m34 and 7m32). I walked the last 4 km in 30m 24s. Tokyo 2020 here I come!

You must have long legs Nev. Good going
Yes, quite long legs, but it is easy to slow down by losing concentration. I can walk 9m/km very easily and now 8.36s/km is quite easy too but to walk under 8m/km I have to put effort in and concentrate otherwise my speed drops.
Good effort Nev.
Back in the gym today after a two week break.
Lots of stretching and upper body weights.
One hour yoga session, the instructor was
Pull / back day this morning. Thinking about some radical changes to me routine, been spinning my wheels for a while and no set goal currently so it's probably time. Just not sure what yet.
No dogs worn out but a couple have got a kick in the chops for getting agressive and too close to me.
