Everyday in the Top 25% for distance and Top 10% for pace since I've moved up from waddling to jogging.
Happy with that seeing as I was half dead after walking 2km around 8 months ago.
Mini-Marathon later this year.
Just back from a 10km run. My fastest so far this year. Well under 50 minutes. That long lie-in I had today paid dividends.
Good stuff.
I don't leave the house from Friday morning to Sunday evening. So that's 150 ab crunches, upperbody in the gym, and a total of around 6 steps.

I don't like the sugar, but if I remember 'That Sugar Movie' correctly 4gr is one teaspoon.
Which isn't too bad. I think a lot of drinks here are around 16g or so.

I lowered my level of sugar intake after watching that. As many others probably did too. I remember looking at the cartons of lemon tea drink things in the 7-11, and the tiny cans of coffee, and they were all around 4 or 5 teaspoons of sugar in them.
Will put up with one teaspoon's worth in that Berna thing.
