But on that sort of schedule you might be better off doing a full body workout on the every other day (and keep the cardio schedule).
Chitty's rest day isnt really a rest day, its a get mullered on Frosty Jack and burn the kitchen down day

I'm guessing you got that runners high that Lulu is missing out on, or you've got a love bullet?

52 minutes. I was slowed down by the massive puddles and shit loads of surface water. But Thai generosity was on full show. One guy on a motorbike slowed down and asked if I wanted a lift, and one couple in a car pulling out of their driveway actually pointed at their house and said I could shelter there while the storm passed. I thanked them all but declined their kind offers. It was nice, very nice, but so was running in the rain.

I don't know what a "love bullet" is. Runner's high? No. I haven't had one of those for a long time.

    Not a bad idea.
I find recovery time is longer, maybe some supplements are needed.
Gonna change to two full body gym workouts a week and stick with the cardio.

See how it goes for a month, nothing's set in stone, although that's probably half the problem.
Gonna go one day on two days off..

I switched my Smartwatch on, took my pulse, it was fine so I sat down in an armchair and watched YouTube. OK for another twenty four hours at least. No need for all this exercise stuff.

Probably. I must say the rain was heavier and more prolonged than I expected but I was feeling quite good, despite the water and the thunder and lightning, so I was determined to keep going.

Only mad frogs and runners go out in a November storm.

Rode a 12-mile time trial in 28 minutes at 300 watts. That probably doesn't mean a huge amount to you. But it gives me a boner, naaaahmean?

When I get made redundant and park myself at that little local shop in Isaan with a bottomless shot glass of the good stuff for a year.

I went for a run yesterday and for some unknown reason I ran better than I have all year. Five miles in under 39 minutes without really trying.

It was an out and back route; running 2.5 miles one way, then turning round and running the same distance back.

    Sudden wind change eh?

To get in the army, you had to do a mile run in under 7 mins 30 secs. You did that for 5 miles.... nearly... Good job.

When I was young enough to get into the British army, I could run 1 mile in 5 and a half minutes and 6 minute miles for 5 miles. Now it's only a distant memory and a dream.

Was reading that Mick Jagger still has a 28 inch waist from all the exercise, running around the stage and jaggering Brazilian models.

Bet that koont Nev ain't far off that figure.

    Gently strolling.

^ About 32-33 inches. I've lost a bit around my waist in the last 3 or 4 months.
