^:) thanks, how is your gym routine going?
Off to the gym now.. plan on doing 60 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of free weights. :)
I am happy I get a three day weekend, second one in a row.
A 7 mile run. This cool weater is great for running.
Opened the front door. Walked 20 meters to the post box. Walked back. Opened the front door again. Walked to the sofa. Knackered. Time for a nap.
Smashed it in the gym today, breaking all previous records.

Good stuff. Pays to track just so you can be sure / see improvements etc.
Running between 40-50 miles per week on the trails at the moment, occasionally commuting to work foot - which is a 15 mile off-road yomp.
Ultra marathon in two months. May have peaked to soon.
Gonna start going to the gym twice a week to build core strength, probably with deadlifts.
Well done, Slap. Keep it up.
Good stuff, slap, klong, and chitty. . . keep going.. :bananaman:
I'm back big time.. no stopping. Bikini season in 3.5 months..
45 minutes cardio - stationary bike, eliptical
30 minutes - weights - bicep curls, tricep dips, overhead extension,
calisthenics - advanced standing planks (trying to beat my time from last summer, need to build back up),
push-ups, sit-ups.
Starting 20 minute yoga every morning and getting up 30 minutes earlier than my regular time to do yoga in the morning (Sun salutations).

A bit of inspiration..

^To each their own. I think some of them are way too muscular, but the gym stuff is good.
Off for a run.. haven't ran in a long time, but have to start somewhere. :)
Hopefully I can get up tomorrow. Walk/run maybe I'll start the 5 km program that I used back in the day to build up to the 5 km.
Couch to 5km program.

Now if I could only do that in seven minutes I'd have something.
^ One mile in 15m 30s? That's walking pace.
1 hour cycle ride on dirt track and road got my sugar levels down to a respectable 3 double gin and tonics...
I'll have to stock up on gin if I keep this going twice a week...
And there's no way it would've burned 141 calories.Quote:

Biked around neighborhood quite a bit.
Planning a two to three week Muay Thai camp in Thailand in June. Can't wait for that. I'll be doing Muay Thai twice a day, plus yoga once a day. As well as a 7km walk along the beach in the early am.
After 4 days in Singapore, eating, drinking and sleeping, I went for a swim today.
Knackered.
