Nope, I'm slurping at home.
I rarely venture out nowadays, too spooky over here on the dark side.
You were only allowed out up until 6.00pm before mate.Originally Posted by Kurgen

There's 260 calories in a Beer Lao big 640ml bottle
Guiness has less calories than Orange Juice with 190 calories per big bottle
Guiness has antoxidants like red wine and chocolate
Or switch to the lite beers you fat fuck
But who in their right mind would down half a dozen pints of orange juice each evening?
As of today, Mr NR and I are off the booze for weight reasons also To be fair, we have been knocking the red wine back a lot lately and it's starting to show. So, the month of July will be booze free, and we'll see how it goes after that. I know from experience that when I cut out booze, I really do lose weight. Wonder if that says anything about my lifestyle...
So join my Dry July Challenge!
And what, pray tell, is your Dry July Challenge, Monkey Boy?Originally Posted by kingwilly

Poof!
I do not drink alcohol when in my own country anyway. I only drink a bit when on holiday. So no problem stopping for me in July..August..Sept..will have a few in October though when back on holiday.
Yep, I eat an equivalent amount to that daily. Had a light breakfast today. Just 3 scrambled eggs with 1 pint of milk, a whole fried potato, cup of cheese, toast, 12 ounces of juice. Here it is 10:30 and I am starving. Can't wait for lunch. Think a half pound or so cheese burger, fries and sweet tea.
Heard that giving up the smokes really contributes to the weight gain. Never smoked myself but dipped for over 15 yrs. For me it was the near case of beer a day. Wish I could have that money back. One of the main drivers to quit for me was cost. Well over $600/month in beer. Hell, that is a car payment. Feel like an idiot actually, tell this part of the story.
Excersize wize, I have 30 some odd goats to feed and work. Other than that, I sit on my buff.
ive the opposite problem in Laos a litre of beerlao costs about a dollar, smokes about the same price,
This has probably contributed to the girth as well, i am a kee neeow farang, and figured that the more i drank the more i saved , Wrong
Beer in Indonesia is roughly $4 a litre but smokes $1 a pack. (But I managed to kick them).
Here you go, BLD. Found this link to ultimate fitness. Journal4Men.com

Plunk plunk fizzzzzzzzzzzz
Yes, I'm cutting back on my Home brew intake, figure I mose well give you fat spotty fuk ups some moral support.
Not giving up though, Fok that dudes.
Yeah Terry, didn't expect an Ozzie to give it up. Had some friends that went to Oz when in the Navy. They told me that you fellas were more interested in being on the piss than taking care of the sheilas. They had a blast there. Shagging plenty of them chicas. lol.
^
Yes well us Aussies have got our priorities sorted EH.
Anyway, going cold turkey off the piss don't work as most people enjoy a sociable drink.
The way to do it is to just have a few on the weekends only.
That will always work and one can still enjoy a drink.
I've decided to have a day off the beer.
The Magners is going down well though
Laying off the booze is a very smart move. If you ever go into end-stage liver disease, being fat will be the least of your worries!
I know, I've been there.
Good luck,
RickThai
