Chai Pak Thai Restaurant/Chiang Mai

This translates as something like "Mr From Southern Thailand Restaurant" but I could be completely wrong, on the Sunday after the TeakDoor meeting it was decided to take the ladies out to eat dead raw seafood.

The famous dish from this place consists of dead raw prawns with chilli and garlic on them, I really can't remember the amount of times I have sent back prawns that haven't been cooked enough, but here they don't even pretend to cook them, still I suppose at least they are dead, now I was always under the impression that you would die from eating raw sea food, but it seems they all lived through the experiance, even frankie ate some and he aint French, it never ceases to amaze me what women are willing to put into their mouths, I mean semen for a start, I mean how many guys would be willing to do that?

Anyway I ate the fried cashew nuts with chilli and everybody else ate dead raw animals, thank fok we were going onto the Mexican place later to get some proper food once the gals were dumped off somewhere.

Man them little water bugs are delicious! I was braggin they were the best I've ever had in Thailand couple of the Thai ladies took issue with that. No arguemnts after the first bite. Fuckin DD's gotta know the name of the place, the street it's on. I never knew any of that shit, just how to get there.

The cook in the back kitchen was picking his nose on the way back from the bathroom after taking a nice, big shit. He didn't wash his hands and then he skillfully sliced open those prawns and dug out the shit vein with his fingernails.

Yeah....I want some of those raw foking shrimp!!!

^Actually, not that I like it, but I don't say anything when my cook is picking his/her nose when he/she's frying me something up. But if it's raw...then I'm not really into the raw buger thing.
