Anyway had a friend in town last night and he was keen to check Timbas out. Young Timber didn't let us down with his big bastard 2 week dry aged steaks and very nice Romanian and Spanish red wines. I cannot recall ever having had a steak as good as the one last night. Polished off with some light Filipino cigars and some more drinks.

Hope that's enough details from a night out at Timba's. Excellent food was enjoyed by Thai Pom, self, ladies and a friend from K.L. and his wife who was celebrating a birthday.
We will all be back.
Timba has a unique way of serving and pricing his food. Two light eaters (Thais?) can share a steak and salad and you won't break the bank but will have plenty to eat. (Don't order the pasta side unless your famished!)

Roast potatoes.
^^Potatoes shredded and mixed with parmesan, garlic, herbs and other stuff then fried.
I'll have them or some steak chips the next time I'm there. That Daphne potato stuff is a bit poncy.Originally Posted by Timber

I know stuff all about big bits of meat and rarely order such things as they usually disappoint.
I'm gonna go any try Timbas one night, not too far from work and worth a trip me thinks.
