    Hah.

Well I do eat pretty carefully apart from the ice cream.

I'm happy being the size I am at the moment (size 10) than when I used to be a size six! Thats for sure.

Today I had Chicken Roll with salad, vegetables, a home made roll and ice tea. Ms. B had "satek moo" with the same extras. 95 baht each.

    ^Does 7/11 do tea?

I had ham and tomato on a baguette with some nice brown mustard. I was going to go out for lunch but I'm stuck at home watching the wall putty harden.

This is the first day in a couple of weeks that I've been able to get out on my bike at lunch time. Too much rain.

Anyway I rode to the newly relocated "George & Dragon" pub here in Korat, the Bakersfield of Thailand. I was the only customer. I had a cheeseburger, french fries and a John Smith's beer. Lovely.

But, at 300 baht it's not something I can afford to do very often....
