CSSF...Minced(ground) beef, black pepper, finely diced onions and garlic, 2 eggs, breadcrumbs.
Cooked them in the oven for approx, 30 mins then added to the sauce.
Sauce. 1 chopped onion, several crushed garlic cloves fried in olive oil until translucent, black pepper, tin of tomatoes, tomato puree and oregano.

In honor of policeman all over the world I had a donut for lunch today.
Sushi.
Cuppa and slice of fruit cake.
Had a couple of granola bars ... Nature Valley.
Plate of Kway tee ow lat nat.
Gotta cut this shit out - too fattening.
^How many calories in a plate of lad na? Can't be that bad, rice noodles, veg and
a bit of meat.
I had a mock keema thosai from Ananda Bhavan Indian vegetarian restaurant at Selegie Road, Singapore.
Very nice it was too.
Dunno what happened to the dinner thread, but this is my snags, corn fritters, bacon and chips dinner from the other night.
All the goodness of 15,000 trillion different varieties of fruit and veges are contained in this one little pill...
That's all I've eaten for breakfast/lunch and dinner for 32 years...

I've just had a Shit sandwich for lunch.
I got rid of the bread though, I hate bread.
On a diet - less intake.
Only morning and later evening.
Foking hit the spot, that did.
Skipped breakfast due to still being drunk.

Took M'Sahib to the airport this morning. She's off to Bangkok with a couple of girlfriends for a dose of shopping, then tomorrow donning black to pay respects to the late King.
