    Katie. Those values were raw. I knew goong were high but never realised that squid was higher and quite a bit so.

    ^ooh, I just Googled. You're right.

    Value (in mg) of cholesterol per 100 g serving:

    Squid 233 mg, Shrimp 211, Eel 161, Sardine 142 mg.

    I should still be safe to eat a lil squid since my cholesterol values are low.
