...Paragon, ground floor...I'm not a big fan of Cantonese-style cuisine, but SD was brought up on it so...all dishes were brought as they were cooked: bitter gourd with ground pork (a little too bitter, I doubt I'd order it again), mixed mushrooms deep-fried in tofu skin (interesting texture, mild mushroom flavor), deep-fried snapper in sweet-sour sauce (tasty, but I'm not a particular fan of sweet-sour anything) and vegetarian fried rice (egg white, pine nuts, bits and pieces of vegetables: bland). SD had a sour plum juice to drink and as the only beer available was Singha or Leo I had water...the service was spotty, the clientele's children noisy and barely restrained. I doubt we'll return.
