Friday night is Leo night down at a mate's place. We sit in the garden drinking Leo while complaining about Korat... the kids terrorise the estate on their scooters (when not playing on their tablets).
Cheese toasties have become traditional when we get home, but last night it was well after midnight and I was more 'tired' than usual.
I have knocked literally minutes off the preparation time of cheese toasties.
Bread, straight out of the freezer, liberally sprinkled with cheese. No need to butter the outside of the bread.
20 seconds in the microwave...
Cooked cheese and baked beans, one of the classic food combinations.
