Honestly no, not really. Though I was having some minor stomach issues before it which seem to have cleared and I've lost a bit of weight but gym performance has remained the same so that tells me it must be mostly fat and not lean muscle mass.Originally Posted by bsnub
I defo don't feel any better for it but crucially I don't feel any worse either. I had intended on only doing a month but what with all this COVID-19 isolation stuff and whatnot going on I think I'll stick with it for a while longer because it's just so easy and convenient as fuck -- all my food is being delivered straight to my door so don't even have to move for it.
Still wouldn't recommend it as a lifestyle diet though all that being said.
