Five mates coming around, 12 litres at 16% is, um, 2 litres each of, er, 16% proof which is something like a litre of gin each.

If my arithmetic is right it certainly should put smiles on a few faces.

Sounds like you'll have a fun day. Enjoy the turkey Piwanoi, if you remember any of it...

Thanks and Of course Roobarb ,I do not expect them to drink me dry but its there if they want it , plus I forgot to mention that I have a litre of 10 year old vintage Port wine (Cockburns) Prawn Cocktail for Openers ,followed by Turkey with all the trimmings and then a huge Christmas pudding (from England ) with thick custard , I need only add I have been having Christmas partys since I came here in 2003 and believe me every one has gone home happy

Sorry bout that Nervana ,I am certain we would have got on quite famously as I never ever discuss politics etc whilst having guests around for either a BBQ or for my special once a year Christmas binge I am not sure you know or not but I have mentioned it a few times before on TD that my best friend in the UK is an ultra left wing Commie , not just because when I lost my wife in 2003 after a long battle with cancer , he was a tower of strength and a rock that I could lean on but many other things too over the years ,the memory's of his kindness both to me and my three grown up kids in our hour's of need will be taken to my grave
