Nah, in the pot is better. You get those delicious salty, hard, slightly charred half popped ones you can munch on for ages.

These rumours have been picked up by the Chinese and done the rounds of social media, now the missus won't go near it.
I use it to reheat leftovers or tea or coffee, poach an egg occasionally and to defrost stuff I'm going to cook properly.
had an odd experience a while back. Heating milk in a ceramic cup, the cup got hot but the milk didn't.
    Very strange.
Very useful to dry out your moblie phone if it gets wet.

"Poaching an egg in a M/w"? Cant work it out. The yolk gets cooked but the white is still sloppy and colourless. What am I doing wrong?

And those thermal glass cooker ovens. How do you get the skin of the chook to turn that lovely brown. Tried it a couple of times and it just went a sickly yellow, much to the amusement of my Thai GF.

Now its taking up space in my cupboard, never to be used again. Unless help arrives.
