^Interesting. I just Googled "Is watermelon good for you?" Almost every article said it's great and you can eat all you want.

Fruit is generally better for you than jam rollypolly with custard, choc chips and fresh cream. A bit of fruit and museali for breakfast has gotta be good (ignoring the fowl taste...).

I mix Musli, albran and bran flakes then cut in a banana and a spoon full of natural yogurt.

    Makes it bearable.

Moving quickly back on subject, I'd have to agree with headworx and his Caveman diet being the best way to dump a few kilos quickly. Cut down massively on your carbs and get loads of meat and 2 veg down yer at every sitting

I bet you don't have any problems with your bowel movements!

Dietwise, if I were to do such a thing, I'd cut down on pasta, bread, carby stuff. Cut down on the chocolate, puddings, suggery stuff. Eat more fruit and veggies, eat smaller portions, exercise regularly (4 times a week at least), and not eat anything but fruit after 8pm.

Nope but that was because of the copious amount of lager I drank.

When you make massive changes to your diet, it often effects your poo routine.

A tiny tip that works is if stir frying things like veggies, don't pour oil from the bottle into the pan. Put oil (or even oil and water if you can remember to shake before use) into a spray bottle and just spray pan a couple of times, rather than glugging in oil.

    Or use an air fryer.

Edit, although I bought an air fryer over a year ago and they are great, it's only been used twice and is now gathering dust somewhere.

When I used to eat normal food, we used it all the time. Made great chips.

Not heard of them but I'd say it would end up the way it went with Kurgen.

If you use the correct name for them, they're easier to find. They're simply a convection oven.

Once read an interview with some porn star who said that eating celery was encouraged on a few adult film sets, as it made the sperm taste better for the girls..?

Rather missing the point, I thought.

My tip is to use the same meds I do for hypertension and Lipids. Every time I eat, within 5 minutes I'm off for a dump. Three tabs a day, job jobbed. Lost 4 kilos in 28 days.

Seriously, if anyone wants to lose weight, just cut out sugar and alcohol, and take regular exercise.

Well the butter ran out yesterday and it's not been replaced. No more cans of coke with lunch and halfed the intake of potatoes and bread with a view to dropping out potatoes next.

As for beer, down two thirds so far but stopping altogether would mean changing my friends..

Oh and replacing coffee with green tea.
Do you know what nemesis means?
