Years ago I had a small cycad. (!). I bought it in a January sale, it was near to death but I thought I would try to revive it. Eventually it grew into one of the best plants I've owned. Green, healthy and full of life. It was passed on to somebody else on my travels.
I'd like to own another cycad. I'd like to buy a relatively small one, (less than 30 cms), and grow it on.
I've been looking in several roadside plant shops for such a plant, but I can't find what I'm looking for. I've found one shop with a cycad, but that was quite a large specimen, 60 cms+.
Does anybody know where I might find a cycad of the required size in the area of Pattaya, or Rayong?
