A two-seater helicopter has crash landed in the grounds of a Devon hotel.
Emergency services were called to Gidleigh Park Hotel, near Chagford, at about 1535 BST following reports of the crash.
Staff at the hotel said the aircraft had landed on its roof in a small wooded area in the grounds.
The two people on board, who were guests at the hotel, were later treated by an ambulance on scene for head and jaw injuries, fire crews said.
Devon and Somerset Fire Service said two crews had made the aircraft safe by using a hose reel jet and foam.
They also disconnected the helicopter's ignition system and made a fuel leak safe.
Both people on board had got out of the aircraft when the fire service arrived.
They received first aid on site, as well as being treated by an ambulance on scene, before going into the hotel.
The hotel confirmed it was undamaged
Tardigrades: water bears in space
https://teakdoor.com/images/imported/2011/05/3090.jpg
Tardigrades are microscopic animals commonly known as water bears
In 2007, a little known creature called a tardigrade became the first animal to survive exposure to space.
It prevailed over sub-zero temperatures, unrelenting solar winds and an oxygen-deprived space vacuum.
Yesterday, this microscopic cosmonaut has once again hitched a ride into space on the NASA shuttle Endeavour.
Its mission: to help scientists understand more about how this so-called "hardiest animal on Earth" can survive for short periods off it.
Tardigrades join other microscopic organisms selected to be part of a project into extreme survival.
