I woke up late this morning cos my wife and I arrived late yesterday night. By the time she fed the dogs and we had foodies it was well over 12 (midnight). Arrived office at 10 30am just to see the fooking financial statements all over the table awaiting reconciliation with the bank documents. Spend well over 4 hours, while posting and enjoying, to reconcile our shit with that of the bank.

Went out for lunch around 12 55pm. The fooking owner, a Muslim lady, asked me why I don't fast! Fook me, its too personal question to be asked, now isn't it Cap? Arrived back in my room at 01 35pm and found a couple of more financial shit lying on the table.

Now it's 05 25pm and I'm still trying to complete the cash flow statement and on the other hand trying to reply to the posts. I shall leave office around 9 00pm cos my wife will finish late tonight.

This is all about me Cap.

4 days over due now, went to the Dr's yesterday and they said they will induce next wednesday if nothing happens before today.

I have two staff members off sick today and I have a very important meeting on in 1 hour.

If I play my cards right I should be able to convince this company who hold a prime block of real estate to allow me to come in 50/50 on a major project to build a small office complex which I could them move my current office into therefore being able to sell this block which someone is currently willing to pay way above the going rate.

Haha thanks guys, but it was all to no avail

This bloke has a block of land which he bought at a bargain price of $150,000.

He has plans to build a two story building but doesn't have enough money....yet. I offered to go 50/50 with him. The building will cost 1.8 million. He reckons he has been burnt in partnerships before and doesn't want to get involved.

He will sell me the land for $300,000 however. This is still an option but I would then need to find another partner as I can get $1m but I think I might be pushing it to find $2m.

I want to buy a building in the centre of town for my newspaper and there just isnt anywhere. This is the only free land at the moment. I cant sell my exsisting building until I have somewhere else to move.

Oh well - we will wait and see how this all pans out.

Today I woke up late

Last night I went to bed around 1:30 am then woke up around 5 am then tried to sleep again but damn it! I woke up at 7:20 am which I need to be at work beofore 7:30 am.

Ok, no need to take a shower, just brush my teeth and got dress. Nope, my shirt doesn't got iron also. :roll: I look damn bad today and I forgot my wallet, watch and mobile phone. :?

I drove real fast to another gate to ship my Employee Card to the reciever but huh.. it's still late! It will show in the system that I got work at 7

49 am.

Sorry to someone that I sent him SMS at 5 am, I didn't think that it can wake him up. Sorry, sorry, sorry,...... *crying*

Alright, I need to finish all what I need to do in this week because Saturday I will not work. I will need to practice the band tonight (after having diner with workmates *Internal Auditors*) and then practice again on Saturday morning before we will show off on the stage on Saturday night in Sahaphat Group Fair 2005 huh.. I still don't remember all lyrics.. too bad.

Alright, gotta work now.
