I think old mateys drawings are ace. However, for the rubber palmed, sore wristed aging blue collar worker who would be the type to seek out books on Thailand, perhaps you should print a second edition with some shots from bangkokbeaverbangers.com on instead - to appeal to your demographic?

I should warn you that it's literature best partaken of with a bottle of Scotch close at hand... and if you have any smack, that too would be helpful.

That 'review' was written by the gent for a different book. One of the Bangkok pattaya 007 spy & SAS crowd. It was posted on a thread here not so long ago by an 'author', sounds like said 'author' has cut n paste the review word for word and paste it onto your book as a kind of industrial sabotage.

Just not cricket.are you able to report the review?

There's always one jealous no mark who has no inclination to write their own book and leaves a pointless bad review, on the plus side there are 5 really good reviews on the Amazon site..

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Once-Upon-Ti.../dp/B00LCE6N18

A mate of mine published his book recently about a subculture and had loads of good reviews with the inevitable troll review who was slated by all the other reviewers, petty really.
What's sad is it's someone from on here, obviously a jealous cretin.

The paperback is available now Good news for those traditionalist book readers.

    A point worth reiterating.

It's balcony reading chaps, with a cool bottle of lager. If that doesn't work, take it to the bog.

    Just £2.87 now. £2.87? That's less than a Tesco's meal deal.

How can afford to flog off a literary masterpiece like this for so few spondolicks, for this many laughs the price should be double.

I found a solution. I have a friend with a credit card, shall get him to buy it for me. And himself, of course, he knows Thailand quite well.

How does one ever value a literacy masterpiece. In years to come any remaining copies will be auctioned at Christies, I'm quite certain of it.
