I think old mateys drawings are ace. However, for the rubber palmed, sore wristed aging blue collar worker who would be the type to seek out books on Thailand, perhaps you should print a second edition with some shots from bangkokbeaverbangers.com on instead - to appeal to your demographic?
Ok just bought a copy on Amazon downloading now, if it's shite I wants me three quids back
I should warn you that it's literature best partaken of with a bottle of Scotch close at hand... and if you have any smack, that too would be helpful.
I'll call my dealer
Wise move.
Count yourselves lucky you can still find quality smack
Stuff the smack I'm going for some giggly sativa and a bottle of tequila
^
As you get older - that seems like the best option
That 'review' was written by the gent for a different book. One of the Bangkok pattaya 007 spy & SAS crowd. It was posted on a thread here not so long ago by an 'author', sounds like said 'author' has cut n paste the review word for word and paste it onto your book as a kind of industrial sabotage.
Just not cricket.are you able to report the review?
^ I will do. Thanks for the heads up. What a mindless twattish thing to do.
There's always one jealous no mark who has no inclination to write their own book and leaves a pointless bad review, on the plus side there are 5 really good reviews on the Amazon site..
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Once-Upon-Ti.../dp/B00LCE6N18
A mate of mine published his book recently about a subculture and had loads of good reviews with the inevitable troll review who was slated by all the other reviewers, petty really.
What's sad is it's someone from on here, obviously a jealous cretin.
The paperback is available now Good news for those traditionalist book readers.

I found a solution. I have a friend with a credit card, shall get him to buy it for me. And himself, of course, he knows Thailand quite well.
How does one ever value a literacy masterpiece. In years to come any remaining copies will be auctioned at Christies, I'm quite certain of it.Originally Posted by somtamslap
