Ascher Guesthouse, Switzerland
Ascher Guesthouse is located next to the Wildkirchli caves and below the Ebenalp cliff (Ebenalp is the northernmost summit of the Appenzell Alps in Switzerland) the was Guesthouse carefully built into the side of a mountain during the 19th century. The Swiss call it “Berggasthaus” which means a Mountain-Guesthouse. It is a Matratzenlager (dormitory). It has several rooms with large mattresses that are designed to throw a sleeping bag on, it is not fancy but the scenery is breath taking, and there is also a nice restaurant there too.
Sorry boys i will put info up with the next one.
If you want a sausage roll call me, we deliver![]()
Don't bother.
This is the amazing picture thread, not the "Where am I - Photo Guessing Game" thread.
Anyone worth their salt and/or remotely interested has already googled <Alpine Gasthuas> and found it.
If it was not so obvious maybe I would have asked but as I'm not likely ever to go there...
The amazing pictures here should stand on their own merit and need no explanation from the poster.

You should never allow yourself to be held back merely by not knowing anything at all about anything.
