I'm fond of cold beer but not fond of cold weather so lately I've been drinking inside. With the heater on. Works for me.

Allowing young kids to ride motorcycles.

Tjere are 4 or 5 kids racong theor bikes up and down the road outside our village. They can't be older than 12 and it's driving some of the villagers crazy.

Meanwhile a 12 year old girl fell off her bike, going to the farm, yesterday. She was run over by a tractor, killed instantly.
Such a lovely girl too, tragic loss but Mother should never allowed her to ride around on a motorcy.

I've got this old football injury.

I was training in a gym - 5 a side - and I hit the floor on my left knee when I was 10. I mean right on.

I had no immediate problems, but the doc said I might get a bit of payback in later life.

    Now is later life.

I can't sit in the same position for long before it aches.

Sat in a meeting the other day and I had to stand up and walk out.

As soon as I came back, it was aching again.

Even in bed it plays up.

It's driving me up the wall.
I cannot see Manchester United’s aura ever evaporating certainly in my lifetime. They are just a core fundamental element of football. They sit at the top table with Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, PSG etc. They are inevitable.

Have you thought about maybe quitting the doggie style and letting Joe/Olav give it to you in the missionary position instead?

Tax is a "Barko Lounger" critic at what 70?. Never really did much unless we want to consider buying a condo in Hua Hin with Air BnB guest living it up. He only posts to knock others life and activities as he watches his urine bag fill.

    "Barko Lounger"
not knowing what "barko lounger" meant i looked it up.

its actually "barca lounger" and they are an american company that make style free but rather comfortable looking furniture.

He only posts to knock others life and activities
well if you insist on endlessly posting about your rather structured groundhog day existence, then i feel perfectly entitled to comment on it.

how many fucking times do we need to be told that yet again you tweaked your tyre pressures because it's a bit damp before you drove to the pond that you insist is a lake, or up the hill that you believe to be a mountain, or that the lethargic dopey looking thai fish that bovinely took your bait while you dozed off on the bank listening to bon jovi was some aggressive muskie or carp that you struggled with with for half an hour before landing it.

and apart from willy and bld, we've all got your number stumpy, but carry on anyway.

i'd say more, but my piss bag needs changing.

In British slang, "berk" (or sometimes "burk") is an informal way to describe someone who is foolish, stupid, or irritating. It's considered a mild insult, often used in a playful or joking way, but it's still generally best to avoid in formal situations.
Here's a breakdown of the term:

    Meaning:
"Berk" essentially means an idiot, fool, or a person who is lacking in good sense or judgment.

    Origin:
It's a British slang term, with some dictionaries and etymological sources suggesting it may have roots in the term "burk" or "berk" being a shortening of a longer, more offensive term.
    Usage:
While it's considered mildly offensive, it's not as harsh as some other insults. You might hear it used in everyday conversation or in a humorous context, but it's generally best to be cautious about using it, especially with people you don't know well.
    Similar words:
"Berk" is often used in place of words like "idiot," "fool," "jerk," or "nitwit".
