Just spent a couple of hours extricating a bogged down rubber buyer’s truck: a cursory look at the friction marks on the crown of the rear tyres indicated that they were obviously over inflated. Tempted to use gauge to measure...Probably around 60 PSI. Asked wife to suggest they deflated to around 35psi to aid traction..Nah...Obviously Farang stupid…
One wonders how many accidents through vehicles skidding off roads due to over inflated radial tyres???

So I pop out for a quick drink on Wednesday evening and then the time travel thing happens and POW!, it's Thursday afternoon.

At least she hasn't got the hump, otherwise she'd ring. Then at about 4 pm I realise my phone battery is dead.

I use a member of the bar staffs phone chargers and instantly realise my wife has go the hump.

So I eventually get up the courage to get home at 9 pm last night and now she doesn't want to talk to me ?????

Surprised to hear of your quandary, Stinkster, and hope the nipper isn't too despondent. Surely with ofsted perpetually on the prowl this will be resolved fairly sharpish.

Ive had reason to involve ofsted before and they ain't all they're cracked up to be mate. The school head is an ostrich and I've had more than a few harsh words with her this year already, I was hoping for a smoother path this year but obviously that's not going to happen, I've an appointment with her in the morning 8.30am that'll be fun, I've caused her more than a few headaches so it's handbags an dawn.

Mrs Minion made the usual excuses, "you have to understand the child has problems at home"
I don't give a toss about the nasty shits problems at home just get him under control. And given the severity of the incidents why wasn't it adressed immediately?

RACIAL abuse? You should lodge a complaint with the police. Hate crime and all that.
My son, 9 yr old 1/2 Chinese in a Chinese school gets a bit of shit sometimes (Chinese are racist and xenophobic believe it or not) but he's 4 years of Tae Kwan Do and despite being basically good natured doesn't suffer having the piss taken. He's typically small built Cantonese but strong with lot's of physical activity.
Was copping some shit on Monday from a bigger kid a grade above him and beat the snot out of the guy.
A favourite of these Chinese kids is to call the OTHER kids to do their dirty work.
Apparently this kid called on a bunch of other kids to attack my son, (exactly the same has happened before) who promptly beat the snot out of the ringleader, the othes faded away.
We up for a doctors bill but I don't forsee anymore bullying this year.
Happens at the beginning of every year and is exactly why I sent him to Tae Kwan Do.
