Are you sure that shade of orange you see in the mirror isn't splashback.

^ Must be great to get home, walk through the door and relax, instead of pressing number 32

Or worst still, the lift is out of order and you've gotta get them short legs up 32 flights of stairs

On the plus side it beats holding your breath in the piss smelling elevator for a minute and works up an appetite for some raw meat

Course you were. Those long dragging days at the end of a Term. Tis a wonder why anyone thinks most teachers are scroungers and grifters.

Almost always people who failed dismally at school.

You must foster some really positive staff relationships.

Maybe you just sound off on here to get it out of your system when teachers don’t let you intimidate them.

Here you go, white knighting for armstrong.

Is it a mutual affinity you share or a 'there but the grace of god' feeling that drives you?

I get the impression you don't like teachers.

You might want to dig into that with a professional.

Fallen off a cliff, nothing to do all day. Eating away at the funds gained from the sandpit. Perhaps the homecoming wasn’t so happy or welcoming after being away a few years…

You're probably right. Some transition quite well, other like Sybill not so much. Harry hasn't lost any of his bluster nor interest in world politics while sybille is just cranker than ever, his only contributions being acidic one-liners.

Ah well . . . one hopes he doesn't come a cropper completely.

Here it says 34C, it feels hotter. The ground is still damp from a heavy storm two days ago so the humidity is up with full sun and not much breeze. No garden work for me today.

38c here. Humidity 41%. Same. A few nights of rain and the Humidity makes it feel like 42.

Been out and about at compound all day doing various things. About to find some shade, turn on mist fan and have me a few Beers and wait.

Not really a moan. Wouldn't change this for freezing my nuts off and snow...

Part time work does what to me? I know you're desperate to get a dig in but if you could at least make it understandable that would be great.

And LOL trying to brag that you work long hours. Well done you.

For years I never really felt the need to pay attention to his posts, as he tends to just witter on pointlessly and repeat things, almost as though he’s just talking to himself.

It’s only lately that I’ve realised how much of his stuff actually makes no sense whatsoever. And not because it’s worded incorrectly either, but because it just doesn’t ‘fit’ as a response to the posts he’s quoting.

Maybe it’s a bit like the difficulties Bruce Willis is having, but in typed form.

Not that anyone wants to see him in a vest, of course.
