Stuck behind four groups of Koreans at golf today, added an extra hour to our usual round. I fookin' hate the slanty eyed coonts!
I wish the north would nuke the fookers.
Why did we ever intervene?
They'd be commi coonts now and wouldn't be playing...

Went to Korat yesterday. On the return journey I knew that somewhere on route there is the Suranaree University of Technology. So I threw the name into the car GPS and it came up with a route.
All started off well until we got stopped at a military check point. It was the entrance to Korat airbase. The soldiers on the gate asked where we were going. Wife explained and they let us proceed. We went on for a few km's along the GPS route when we came to another check point. It was the camp exit point. The soldier on duty asked what we were doing. The wife explained. He then refused to let us out because we never had a pass. No point arguing, he was tooled up. We had to turn around and return to the camp entrance. There was no soldiers on the exit side of the road and we just drove out. Anyway that's my moan.
^ Rambo wouldn't have moaned about that.
The GPS was/is probably correct with it's route definition. But as we all know, living in Thailand, you don't question the powers that be.Originally Posted by thaimeme
The airbase and SUT are on opposite sides of the road. Airbase on the left as you head out of Korat on the 304 and SUT on the right.
Too much rain! My flowers hate it!
Woke up thought it was 5am so go and make a jug of coffee.
Wrong it was 4am and it's still dark outside after drinking 2 pints of coffee, time now 05:30
time for a bottle of cider purely for medicinal purposes.
I know but I was at the Suranaree Hospital with the airbase in between. To get to SUT my GPS gave me a route which takes you through the airbase.Originally Posted by Neverna
