Real Cowboy Chili beans With beef

OK ya start with a Pot of Pintos:

That's 500 Grams of Pinto beans soaked over night and cooked until tender enough to eat. No salt, nothing just beans and water. To that Add two 6 oz cans oif tomato paste.
Ya get a few herbs and spices:

Nuthin fancy here some oregano (optional), Cumin and powdered Chilis. Good ol' "cjili Powder" is a mixture of these things although the chilis are probably Anaheim or Anchos Not the dried fellers I got in this pic. (BTW this is NOT the time to realize you've forgotten to hand grind the cumin seeds)
Mix the spices with a half kilo of coarse ground beef (this is a tad fine but not real fine) and fry until brown, add a coarse chopped large onion and a couple large coarse chopped Jalapenos cook unti lit looks like this.

Mebbe a little longer but the onions should stil have mostly white.
Dump the mess in the pot of beans:

stir heat to thicken, season to taste, adjust for heat and spice.
I'll be tuckin into these in an hour or two. Tomorrow will go real nice as Burrito filling with some Hab sauce, Cheese, maybe some pico de gallo.

When making this one Finely cubed beef is OK, cinnamon, thyme cloves, potatoes, peas or the kitchen fuckin sink not needed.

Serve hot with cold beer, DO NOT PUT YOUR HEAD UNDER THE COVERS WHILE SLEEPING FOR APPROXIMATELY THREE DAYS AFTER EATING A BOWL OF THESE BEANS. This is the kinda meal My granny would tell me, "Sticks to yer ribs" Ain't my ribs gran'ma

    Allowed, Rules, Bullshit.
I made the chili in the OP in a single, deep, electric frying pan.
I've had a decent stove/oven for about two years now and a half kilo of pintos, is only a few baht.
Since he swabbie bumped the thread guess, I'm gonna have to make y'all a nice big pot of Friscofrankie's number one, five-alarm, eat all week and fart with a smile chili

As stated in the first post, Chili Colorado, is Red Chili, Chili Con Carne is the Mexican answer to Tex-Mex Chili con Carne con Frijoles, Mexicans never put beans in chili and do not know that anyone else does either, that beans part is Texas.
Red beans will work, but best is Pinto Beans.
Pink beans are what is grown in the states and sold to canning companys for their use in Frijoles refrietos,, but Mex use Red or actually any beans they can get for Refried Beans.
