The wife thought it was funny, the daughter wondered why the new Thai worker couldnt speak Thai?

    Sometimes, I give up...

Anyway the 'pakcee' was wonderful in my Amerikan style spaghetti last night.

Sacrilege. Hangin offense in texas and parts of California.
Garlic in Pasta sauce, CHILIES in Chili...
refried beans go on a plate covered with melted cheese.
'sOK though, folks put beetroot on a fuckin burger'll eat anything.
We hada Ozzie chef in Fiji. Read this recipe from the states for pasta sauce, called for tomato sauce. Fuckin guy used ozzie "tomoato suace" (ketchup). Fuckin embarrassin'
Tomatoe sauce was bad enough, but fuckin ketchup? Right fun dude to get fucked up with, but couldn't cook to save his life. Musta owed the owner money

Hillbilly, you either don't have taste buds or can't smell or both, Putting Pakchee on anything is just crazy. Pakchee smells like cat piss to me when it gets into any soup (tom yum or whatever) and the taste I'm sure would be worse than cat piss. Thais use it as a garnesh on a lot of things but I don't even want to see the stuff on my food.

Well, I've tried all the chilli recipes here and I can say without a shadow of a doubt that CMN's is the best. Yummy.

In all honesty I think chilli is a really boring meal and I never saw what the fuss was with spaghetti either.

    Beetroot makes the hamburger.

I think hamburgers without beetroot are dry.

We eat a lot of beetroot in Aus. And pumpkin.

    Pinto beans in chili,

How good of a cook are you Ice? The chilli and spaghetti guys learned to make it around university time, you can eat the stuff for days in a row after you make it.

I eat twice a day, a light lunch between 11 and 12 and then a good dinner that I usually cook at 6:30pm. So I dont eat much either. My two 8 year old kids eat more than me.
