The missus phoned the court in BKK and they've said they will transfer the case to one nearer to where we live. She and her brother have to attend, no get outs. The missus said she was told it was just a case of closing up loose ends.
I still think they're going to sting her and her brother for the 60,000 Baht. We'll have to wait and see.

The case is now coming to a conclusion. My wife has been told that all she and her brother have to do is appear in court and swear that neither benefited from the death of their father, and the debt will be written off.
