It certainly will, Wall Street opens in 90 minutes and the dow already shows a 132 point drop to 13525 or -0.96%Originally Posted by mrsquirrel
Keda, do you have the facility to short the SET? and if you do....do you?

If only...that would be too much like easy money.
^ shame then. DOW's gonna be opening around 260 points down today.
Yeah, he is a bit expensive and why paying 1000 USD to post on a webforum ? it is a bit ridiculousOriginally Posted by floorpotato
Try SETSMART, a lot of info but badly presented, a complete mess Thai style.
I provide comprehensive "intelligent" report of Thai companies for "special" investors, but it's more expensive than the Renaud website. All custom ratios and special calculations require extensive use of analysis and knowledge for Thai stocks. Historical data can be difficult to find here.
^^Thanks, Butterfly, for the info. I tried SETSMART and the Stock Exchange of Thailand website. You were correct about SETSMART's messy presentation. But then again, any company that promises "seamless integration" of its software is usually just one big clusterf*ck. SETSMART does seem to have lots of good data if I ever have the patience to figure out how to join, download the software and navigate the site.
^ Serious investors in Thailand are faced with 2 issues: good presentation of independently research and relevant information (not pitched by brokers), and relevant historical data.
Singapore is even worst. You can dig the info on the SET if you really want to, but it's almost impossible with Singapore, so I guess the SET is not too bad.
Time to revive this thread,
a lot has been happening on the SET since last year, booming mostly in the last 6 months,
Damn that one is trading at 2.38 these days, should have bought more when it was at 1.00 when the market dropped, that's 138% in less than 1 yearOriginally Posted by Butterfly
NOBLE has been going nowhere, still trading around 4.20 in the last 6 months, might rebound this year though, they have a lot of projects running nowOriginally Posted by Butterfly
