apologies if this looks like a free plug for sebastian- it is just meant to be a free plug for sebastian!
he was up against huge odds- a farang taking a thai to court on an issue that challenged the entire culture, being represented by a farang law firm -even sebastian doubted we could win, and actually offered to waive his fee if we lost!!
could not have done any of this without you all.
    thanx guys

I'm looking for an farang lawyer - or at least one that speaks English and sees things my way. This guy sounds good but I thought that farang lawyers could not go to court. How did he do that for you?

I was advised always to Google search any farang I dealt with in LOS. What's his last name? Where's he from? Sounds like a Brit to me - not that that's a prob.

Anybody can go to court, but farang lawyers are not allowed to represent you as a lawyer in court, he is Canadian.

Now I'm confused. tsicar said the guy went o court for him.

I'd still like his second name. Sounds like a good guy if he can pull off a good one without being there - but I still want to check him on the web - need his last name, please someone.

Only just caught this thread as it showed up under new posts.

I know plenty of good reputable honest and frank Layers here if you (Tsicar) or anyone needs some help. I know Thai, English, American lawyers...all reputable, assuming you don't mind paying there scandalous fees! (ok some are not so scandalous)

Could I have a few names, please? Nationality doesn't matter if they speak English, want a good result for me, know what they are doing and work even after I've paid part of the fee.

Do you know this sebastian, filch? I can't find a lawyer with that name on the web. Is he for real?

Tsicar has used them. This is the Sebastian he refers to above. PM Tsicar. Often times the right lawyer depends on what you want done.
