Thread: Culinary Employment

Among other things, I've a high culinary background and was wondering how difficult {or not} it is to secure a skilled BOH position with a hotel here in Thailand? BKK, Pattaya, et al? Can the hotel secure a work permit/visa that is associated with contracting with the respective company?

there are lots of western chefs here I expect posts are advertised in hotel business magazines
